Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ banana
- ½ apple chopped
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
Instructions
- Place spinach, banana, apple, pineapple, and almond milk in a blender.1 cup spinach, 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, 1 cup almond milk
- Blend until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and honey if desired, then blend again briefly.1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon honey
