  • Grill pan or outdoor grill
  • Mixing Bowl


  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 corn tortillas small
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the flank steak.
