  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line the pie tins with pastry, fill with the meat mixture, and top with another pastry circle. Crimp the edges to seal.
  • Brush the tops with beaten egg.
