  • 2 slices whole-grain bread or sourdough bread
  • 4 oz turkey breast deli-sliced
  • 2 slices Gouda cheese smoked
  • ½ avocado ripe, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup arugula leaves fresh
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
