Big Mac & Filet-O-Fish Inspired Combo

Ingredients
Big Mac Inspired Burger:
- ½ pound Ground beef shaped into 4 thin patties
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 Burger buns with an extra bottom bun if desired
- ¼ cup Iceberg lettuce shredded
- 2 slices cheese Cheddar
- 5 slices Pickles
Big Mac Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Sweet pickle relish
- ½ teaspoon Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon White vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
Filet-O-Fish Inspired Sandwich:
- 2 small Cod fillets about 3-4 ounces each
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Burger buns
- 2 slices cheese American
- 2 tablespoons Tartar sauce
- ¼ cup Iceberg lettuce shredded
Chocolate Shake:
- 2 cups Vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
- ½ cup Milk
Instructions
Make the Big Mac Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, and salt. Mix well and set aside.5 slices Pickles, 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Ketchup, 1 teaspoon Sweet pickle relish, 1/2 teaspoon Mustard, 1/4 teaspoon White vinegar, 1 pinch Salt
Cook the Burger Patties:
- Season ground beef patties with salt and black pepper. Cook on a hot skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on two of the patties during the last minute.1/2 pound Ground beef, Salt and black pepper, 2 slices cheese
Assemble the Burger:
- Spread Big Mac sauce on the bottom bun, add shredded lettuce, a cheese-topped patty, pickles, and the plain patty on top. Finish with the top bun.1/4 cup Iceberg lettuce, 2 Burger buns
Prepare the Fish Fillets:
- Season the cod fillets with salt and black pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.2 small Cod fillets, Salt and black pepper, 1/4 cup Flour, 1 Egg, 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
Cook the Fish:
- Heat a small amount of oil in the skillet over medium heat. Cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Assemble the Sandwich:
- Spread tartar sauce on the bottom bun, place a slice of American cheese, add shredded lettuce, and top with the fried cod fillet. Add the top bun.2 Burger buns, 2 slices cheese, 1/4 cup Iceberg lettuce, 2 tablespoons Tartar sauce
Blend the Shake:

Serve:
- Pour into a glass and serve alongside the burgers and fish sandwiches.
