Easy Grilled or Smoked Salmon Recipe

- Baking sheet (if using oven)
- Aluminum foil (if using grill)
- Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, Salt and pepper to taste
- Rub the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture.2 salmon fillets
- If using a grill, place the salmon on a piece of aluminum foil and top with lemon slices. Fold the foil into a packet. If using an oven, place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil and top with lemon slices.1 lemon
- Grill or bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
