Flavorful Doner Kebab with Yogurt-Tahini Sauce
Equipment

Ingredients
- 1 pound meat beef, lamb, or chicken (marinated)
- 4 flatbreads or pita bread
- 1 cup lettuce shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes sliced
- ½ cup cucumbers sliced
- ½ cup red onions sliced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
Marinate the meat:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the meat with salt, pepper, and any additional preferred spices. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.1 pound meat, Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the meat:
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the marinated meat until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.Olive oil
Prepare the sauce:

Assemble the doner kebab:

Serve:
- Roll up the flatbreads and serve warm.
