  • 4 chicken breasts skinless, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 red onion cut into wedges


  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
