Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup water warm
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. In another bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

  • Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Knead until a dough forms.
