Simple Spaghetti with Garlic & Side Salad Recipe
A simple yet satisfying pasta dish made with garlic and olive oil, served with a fresh side salad.

Ingredients
Spaghetti:
- 400 g spaghetti
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese optional
Side Salad:
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.400 g spaghetti

- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet, coating it well with the garlic oil. Season with salt and pepper.Salt and pepper to taste
