Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme dried
Instructions
Prepare the Marinade:

- Grill the marinated meat chunks, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char, about 30-45 minutes depending on the size of the chunks.

- Serve hot, accompanied by kachumbari (a fresh tomato and onion salad) and ugali.
