Traditional Swiss Raclette Recipe

- Raclette grill or tabletop grill
- Small non-stick pans
- Serving plates
Ingredients
- 1 lb cheese raclette, sliced
- 1 lb potatoes small, boiled and halved
- 1 cup pickles cornichons
- 1 cup pearl onions
- charcuterie Assorted, optional
- bread Fresh, baguette or similar
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and halve them.1 lb potatoes

Heat the Raclette Grill:
- Preheat the raclette grill or tabletop grill.
Melt the Cheese:
