Fresh and Nutritious Chicken Salad Recipe
A light yet nutritious salad with grilled chicken, fresh greens, and a tangy vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 cups mixed greens lettuce, spinach, arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cucumber sliced
- ¼ red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Let cool slightly and slice.2 chicken breasts, Salt and pepper to taste

- Add the grilled chicken slices to the salad, drizzle with vinaigrette, and toss to coat.
