Homemade Pizza with Fresh Toppings Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- ¾ cup water warm
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. In another bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon active dry yeast, 3/4 cup water
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Knead until a dough forms.2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.1/2 cup tomato sauce

- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
